Advantages of Epoxy Multilayer Flooring

  • High Mechanical Strength: Its multi-layered structure makes it ideal for areas exposed to heavy traffic and loads, such as heavy industrial facilities and automotive service centers.
  • Chemical Resistance: It offers superior resistance to organic and inorganic acids, bases, alkalis, solvents, amines, and salts, maintaining its durability even when exposed to various chemicals.
  • Slip-Resistant Surface and Aesthetic Appearance: Its textured surface provides anti-slip properties, enhancing workplace safety. The orange peel pattern adds an aesthetic touch.
  • Hygienic and Easy to Clean: Resistant to dirt and oil, its stain-proof surface makes cleaning easy. It creates hygienic and antibacterial environments.
  • Long-Lasting with High Abrasion Resistance: Withstands heavy loads, continuous traffic, and frequent washing, offering high resistance to wear and tear, ensuring long-term durability.
  • Liquid-Impermeable and Dust-Free: Its impermeable surface prevents water and other liquids from penetrating, while its dust-free structure prevents dust accumulation on the surface.
  • Solvent-Free and Eco-Friendly: With a solvent-free composition and low VOC content, it is an environmentally friendly flooring solution.

Features

Multilayer epoxy flooring provides high durability against heavy loads and continuous traffic due to its multi-layered structure. With excellent chemical resistance, it offers superior protection against acids, bases, and solvents.

Its textured, orange peel-patterned (granular) surface enhances slip resistance, ensuring a safe walking surface. Additionally, its non-porous structure prevents liquids, oils, and dirt from penetrating the surface, making cleaning and maintenance easier.

The coating is typically applied in thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 3 mm, but it can be increased up to 5 mm when necessary, depending on the traffic and load requirements. With its long-lasting and durable nature, it provides both aesthetic appeal and high performance.

Moreover, it is solvent-free and environmentally friendly.

Application Areas

Epoxy multilayer flooring is widely used in heavy-duty environments where high load capacity and continuous traffic are required. It is preferred in heavy industrial areas, the automotive sector, car service centers, machine manufacturing plants, warehouses, maintenance workshops, storage and assembly areas, ramps, parking lots, and logistics centers.

It is also ideal for food production facilities, including meat and dairy processing plants, flour mills, fruit and vegetable processing facilities, beverage factories, breweries, wineries, and soft drink manufacturing plants, where liquids, organic acids, and chemicals are frequently present.

Additionally, it is commonly used in chemical and petrochemical plants, textile factories, pharmaceutical production facilities, and hospitals, where chemical exposure and hygiene are critical requirements.
